Talks Without Actions & Contradicting Talks Will NOT Save Burmese Cyclone Victims!
I have read in the news and on radio regarding international communities deciding and talking about all the intervening or food drops if Burmese Junta failed to give permission. Well, that is very nice of the communities to discuss, but how long do the victims (who are also dying from diseases) have to wait for actions to be taken? It has been over a week since all those “talks” are going on!
I don’t wish to mix politics and giving aids together, but international communities should know the concept by now of how Burmese Junta do things. Burmese Junta will NOT give permission to outside world nor even care about those victims (more deaths, the merrier for them). And normal shipment of small aids weekly under Junta’s once in a full moon permission is not going to help either! Don’t even need to speak of reaching to ALL the cyclone victims with aids for 5% of the victims per week, half or more of that small amount will also be taken by the government.
Think about it. Am I wrong to say the above? Give me one good reason WHY Burmese Junta took away all the water cleaning machines, food supplies, and construction materials that were provided near the cyclone hit regions to 2nd Capital Nay Pyi Daw or real Capital Rangoon when the cyclone victims are dying xxxxxxx miles (literally) away.
Now to China, the contradicting talker, I see China is also rejecting international western aids or any aids for that matter to be sent to Burma or rejecting all suggestions of plans (at UN) to give aids to cyclone victims ASAP? WHY? China has its own problem with earthquakes and they ARE receiving supply from outside helps but YET rejecting outside supplies to be sent to Burma? Don’t worry there buddy! Allowing aids to be sent to Burma doesn’t mean the plans to build nuclear items along with Russia will be all down the drain: those are two separate things for now. (And no, doing the good deeds will not also halt the Burmese Military Juntas from practicing bombing and targeting in the fields only a few miles away from villages). So my point is, just say YES for everyone around the globe to help others out. You are doing well with your own country’s disaster. Why disallow the same to be done at your buddy Junti Shwe Babes’ country, where now it reaches up to 120,000 deaths and millions more surviving but without food or water because you keep rejecting food drops and such? Think about it, if you keep doing that with added negligence from Burmese Junta from permitting full aids team to be in, no food drops by you and no other outside helps motto by Burmese Junta, how the heck cyclone victims are going to survive?
I mean I do love to see huge stats go up but not with death tolls! Alright maybe Burmese Junta also needs motivation that would also match their low life pig like life style. Junta, Think about on “bright side”, what would you do if those cyclone victims ALL die? That would mean less innocent citizen you can torture, burn alive or do whatever you want and what if those kids form survivors die and do not become monks? That would also mean less monks for you to shoot and torture. Now you don’t want that do you? GO SAVE THEM AND GIVE THEM FOOD AND LET THEM GROW UP! Does that motivate you to save a race or groups of cyclone victims in need?
What a sick world we live in. Can’t believe there are still such ignorant repressive regimes out there.
